Since 1984, I have been entertaining, informing and supporting specialized audiences through a experimental but effective methods of communication. I have used technology to express my current interests. There are some various issues that are very near and dear to me including the citizen's access to the public airwaves, making local broadcast radio relevant again, promoting broadcast ownership caps in the noncommercial educational sector, rural access to broadband and local broadcast stations, the promotion of Japanese popular culture, human rights issues around the rights of transgender women and the welfare of Pinay overseas foreign workers. I also have a huge interest in Japanese popular culture, music and fashion.
